Content Use Agreement for The GYD Forge
The resources available through The GYD Forge are provided exclusively for churches that hold an active subscription. By accessing or downloading this content, you confirm the following:
- You understand that all materials are licensed for use only within the subscribing church or ministry.
- You agree not to share, forward, distribute, duplicate, or reproduce this content beyond your subscribed church context, either digitally or in print.
- You affirm that these materials will not be made available to individuals, churches, or organisations who are not members of The GYD Forge.
We have made these resources available to serve and strengthen the local church. This mission depends on trust, stewardship, and integrity. Sharing content with non-subscribers is not only unfair, it is a breach of the agreement and it undermines the sustainability of the platform.
Any breach of this policy will result in immediate termination of your church’s membership. This will include the removal of access to all Forge content and the loss of eligibility for anyone in that church to attend GYD events, including the national residential conference.
We are serious about this. We ask you to be too.
Cancellation Policy
We hope you’ll find the content of The Forge a really helpful tool for your ministry and want to stick around! However, if you need to cancel, please see details of how to do that below.
Monthly Subscription
- Our monthly subscription plan requires a minimum subscription of 12 calendar months from the date of first purchase.
- After the initial 12 month period you can cancel at any time by signing into your Forge account, clicking on ‘Account Settings’, ‘Subscriptions’ and ‘Cancel’. Please note you will only find a ‘Cancel’ button here if you have signed up for an annual subscription or the 12 months of your monthly subscription have passed.
- The first monthly payment will be taken on the date that you register
- Subsequent monthly payments will come out on this same date every month and will renew monthly unless cancelled – after the 12 month period.
- If, after 12 months, you cancel your monthly subscription you will still have access to The Forge until the date the next monthly payment is due.
Annual Subscription
- Our annual subscription plan will renew annually on the date it began unless cancelled by you.
- If you cancel your annual subscription you will still have access to The Forge until the end of your year’s subscription.
- You can cancel the auto-renew at any time by signing into your Forge account, clicking on ‘Account Settings’, ‘Subscriptions’ and ‘Cancel’.
