Mentor Programme
A bespoke one-to-one programme to nurture and develop children’s, youth and families workers at any stage in their ministry.
Our commitment to you:

32 hours of personalised investment in each mentee over a period of 10 months
- The year commences with a 4 hour site visit for the mentor to meet with the mentee, understand the nature and shape of the existing children’s and youth ministry and discuss the shape of the mentoring programme with the mentor, mentee and the mentee’s line manager.
- A monthly 3 hour mentor/mentee meeting reflecting on the study programme and ministry practice.
- The year concludes with a 4 hour site meeting to draw the mentoring process to an end and reflect with the mentee and their line manager on the learning and development achieved.
