St Andrew’s are seeking to strengthen our youth and children’s team, with someone who is excited and enthusiastic about gospel ministry with children and their families in the context of a local church.

The aim of the young people’s work at St Andrew’s Church is: “To see young people’s lives transformed through Jesus to the glory of God.”

Role Purpose

• To lead in helping all children (aged 0-11) in the church family to know, love and serve the Lord Jesus,
  through church groups and by equipping families.

• To work within the local community to share Jesus with unchurched children, working with families,
  schools and others.

• To help the rest of the church family to grow in praying for, loving, serving and discipling children.

• To be an integral part of the youth team and the wider staff team, as we seek to love Jesus and make Him known to all.
