Children's & Youth Worker

Holy Trinity Frogmore, St Albans

Holy Trinity Frogmore is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Children’s & Youth Worker to lead our young people’s work. This post will be either a full-time role or part-time with training provided by Growing Young Disciples (GYD) and Oak Hill College (or similar course).

We have recently said goodbye to our Children’s & Youth Worker who was with us for 6 years, trained part-time at Oak Hill and was a great blessing to our church. We wish to see this great work continue and develop further by appointing a new staff member dedicated to young people in the parish.

The aim of the role is to help make disciples of children and young people, teach the bible, work with families, be a member of our staff team and help ensure a safe environment. The ideal candidate will be a prayerful servant-hearted christian who can relate well to children and families, has gifting and potential in communicating the gospel and likes working in a team.
